Managing Director
Guy established Goodbody & Co. Ltd in 2006, with the ambition of creating a more client led approach to property management and refurbishment.
“Our success has been dependent on the relationship between team members and the clients we look after. It isn’t just high quality workmanship that clients appreciate but the reliability and security of a dedicated client service team.”
Before setting up the company, Guy worked in international marketing and was a board director of a residential property management company in West London.
Guy is a graduate of the Centre for Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at Durham University.

Client Services Manager
Sara brings a wealth of client management experience to the company after a career in architectural design and the super yacht design industries.
Her skills include project management, project financial control and client relationship management gained through her work with Terence Disdale Design, Jonathan Dunn Associates and Derek Frost Associates.
Sara holds a degree in Geology from Kings College London and joined Goodbody & Co. in 2018.

Consultant, Interior & Architectural Design
Rocio studied architecture at the University of Buenos Aires. After graduating in 2003 she was employed by a leading Interior and Retail Design studio, Pablo Chiappori in Argentina, where she worked with clients including Kosiuko and Giesso.
After moving to England she studied Interior Design at KLC School of Design in Chelsea, London where she graduated at the top of her class.
Rocio joined Goodbody & Co. in 2011 to provide interior and architectural design/concept work on a wide range of projects throughout West London. In 2019 she founded Design Matters FRM Ltd, but continues to work as a consultant.
Her influences are many: “I love perfectly imperfect interiors, mixing new with traditional materials, and playing with the powerful effect of light.”
With a background in architecture, Rocio has a cautious view of interior design. “My aim is to balance a client’s practical necessities with individuality. Working closely together to achieve the highest standards possible without over-complicating the interior environment.”
Matt Matas

Matt completed his training in Lithuania and has worked as a carpenter in the UK since 2002. He is a CITB certified Site Safety Supervisor and trained in emergency First Aid at work. He has also received Energy Efficiency training and Retrofit Techniques for Traditional Buildings (Pre 1919)
While his expertise is specialist cabinet making and precision on-site joinery, he has a broad knowledge of the private and commercial construction sectors and possesses the full range of on-site skills and techniques.
Matt joined Goodbody & Co. in 2008. In 2016, he followed a training in Energy Efficiency & Retrofit of Pre 1919 Traditional Buildings.

Originally trained at a carpenter’s college in Latvia and then the Technical University, Gatis has worked in the private residential and commercial construction sectors for the last 17 years.
Together with 10 years of experience in the high-end kitchen manufacturing and fitting sector, working for Abvirtuves, he has also helped deliver UK commissions for Jamie Oliver Enterprises while employed by the commercial contractor Du Boulay.
Gatis holds a UK NVQ level 2 certificate in site work and joinery and is trained in emergency First Aid at work. He joined Goodbody & Co. in 2011.

Site Manager, Passivhaus Projects
Lubomir is a certified IEPD Passivhaus construction manager and is a qualified installer of many of the International Passivhaus Association approved materials by companies including Wienerberger, Schiedel, Ytong, and Firestone.
Lubomir served his apprenticeship as a tile fitter (interior) in Slovakia in the 1980s before moving to the UK in 2000 where he worked as a general contractor and site supervisor. After 3 years with Goodbody & Co. he returned to Slovakia in 2010 to train in Passivhaus technologies and since then has completed six Passivhaus projects, all certified to the International Passivhaus standard.
He currently divides his time between Slovakia and the UK.

Marcin is responsible for all general maintenance activities for properties covered by the Goodbody & Co. Residence Management scheme.
As well as being a registered Gas Safety Engineer, he has received training in emergency First Aid, working at height, asbestos awareness, and site risk assessment.
Marcin joined the company in 2010.
